Please review our submission deadlines, penalties, and screenshot requirements carefully.
The Order Form must be filled out on the SAME DAY the order is placed.
Deadlines are calculated from the date the order was placed:
- For Order/Rating Deals, the form must be filled within 15 days.
- For Review Deals, the form must be filled within 20-25 days.
No Penalty for On-Time Submissions
If you fill the refund form within the deadlines mentioned above, NO PENALTY will be charged. You will receive the full refund amount as promised.
However, if the form is submitted late, the following deductions apply:

| 21 - 30 Days | 30₹ |
| 31 - 40 Days | 40₹ |
| 41+ Days | 40% |
If you do not fill the refund form within 45 days, easyCollab is not responsible for your refund.
